Hey Y'all

I dunno if any of y'all remember me, its been so long lmaooo...
I dont draw things like I use to anymore, everything I draw now is really for school, traditional stuff mainly because my laptop had died and I couldnt do digital art for a year.
But I have a new laptop now and some better training thanks to my classes, and some new motivation.
SO
I may come back here, I may not. Not sure yet! I do have an art blog and a personal blog on TUMBLR tho, so if you want to keep up with me for now, just ask for them!

A revelation

A few years ago I made a controversial poll about being gay, wether it was a choice, is it right or wrong etc. I lost a lot of friends over it and hurt a lot of people I'm sure because of my ignorance.
After joining tumblr though and being introduced to feminism, womanism, social justice, etc, I've learned a lot and changed as a person. I understand now that being gay is not a choice, nor is it sinful or wrong.
Well the irony is not lost on me. A few weeks ago I came out to my mom as pansexual with a strong preference for girls, and a few days after that my sister. I won't be coming out to the rest of family any time soon, because I'm afraid they just won't accept me quite yet. A few of my friends knew prior to me telling my mother. I'm not sure about my religious beliefs just yet, but I do know I have no intention of hiding my sexuality.
Just wanted to let y'all know.

UPDATE: Stolen Artwork

The company just sent a response, heres what they said:
Hello Kristen,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Zazzle takes all claims of infringement very seriously and we hope to resolve this matter amicably. We are very sorry that your artwork was used without your permission.
Zazzle is an open marketplace where users can freely contribute their designs. When a product is brought to our attention that violates our terms of service, we take swift action to have the product removed.
We have reviewed your claim, and per your request the product reported in your email have been removed from Zazzle’s marketplace. The seller has also been notified of the infringement claim.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.

They did remove the product, and they apologized and acknowledged that I am the artist and they used it without my permission. However nothing was said as to whether or not profits were made.
Then they say the seller has been informed.
What should I do next? Should I just let this be it or??

As in the previous email I ask that all items with my artwork on it be removed immediately.
I also ask for a formal apology, in writing, along with acknowledgement of me being the artist, and a promise that this will not happen again.
I also want financial reparation or a share of profits, if any, made off of my work.
If my demands are not met and you do not remove all items with my artwork from your site, I will seek legal advise on the matter and address this in court.
Hopefully it will not come to that and you will respect my terms and my rights as the original artist.

I'm the original artist of Doge with a Pearl Earring, and example is on your product listed here:
My signature has been removed and the seller on your site is claiming the design as their own.
This is a violation of copyright laws, as you are claiming this work as your own and selling it for profits.
I demand you take this item and all items with my artwork on it down immediately.
Also I want:
-A sincere apology, in writing
- Acknowledgement that I am the original artist, in writing
- Financial reparation or share of profits, if any, made off of my work.
- Some proof or promise not to do it again, again, in writing
